Return Policy Information:
If not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at 1-800-346-3655
or locally 360-876-0529 within 5 days of receipt of the package(s) to
receive a return authorization number. You may exchange, receive a
replacement or an in-store credit for future use.
Any damaged items will be replaced if available at no addtional costs etc.
Everything we ship is fully insured by us.
Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the deposit placed.
Sale items and all layaways are final.
Layaways:
We have flexible payment plans to suit your needs.
For orders over $150.00 our standard layaway plan is 3 equal payments
with checks, on-line charges can also be set up on our AMPP (automatic
monthly payment plan) where we charge out each month your payment and
send you the item after the 1st payment for you to enjoy while on layaway.
If you place an order for one or multiple items under the total of $150.00
and you would like the payments split in two, you may place ½ down and ½
in 30 days, just make a note of that when placing the order.
With more expensive items the payment arrangements can be negotiated just
e-mail or call us & we will work with you.

Layaways are final sales and any layaways that have gone 3 months without a
payment will be returned to stock and all money will be forfeited.
